What is goood about POSE method for running?
It helps to prevent injury and
performed better with the same efforts.
How POSE helps to reduce injury?
It reduce the impact to the knees by 50%!
POSE can achieved by using the gravity force.
It was introduced by Dr. Nicholas Romanov.
The instructor demo to us the correct running POSE technique
with 3 position POSE< PULL
I askedthe instructor Jonathan,
how long will it takes for me to pick up the correct POSE
Besides he also showed us some video of real world Olympic runners
and analyse the movement of POSE to us in details.
Very good *Thumbs up!
The instructor asked a few questions to find out my running routine
and experience and he told I was in the category of "mild"
so it will takes about 2 months for practice =]
We get to run outside the building with our very own style.
We were together learned on the Fall technique.
Oartner running with a hand position at the upper chest to ensure
the partner run with "Fall" method!
I noticed I can run faster with the same effort which is so amazing!
After that we got to run outside only 50m
to picked up the skill of running with POSE mathod!
Learn on Flexibility:
using simple streching drills
It's advisable not to strech before you warm up your muscle.
My friends performed the stretching
Yogood bar and Gatorade isotonic drink
There was a lucky draw session for 6 winners to walk away
